Cold working die steel:GB:Cr12Mo1V1(USA Standard: D2, Din Standard 1.2379, Japan Standard:SKD11)
Features: It has high hardenability, wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, good rust resistance after quenching and polishing, small deformation of heat treatment.
Application: Suitable for manufacturing various requirements of high precision, long life cold working die, tool and measuring tools, such as the shape of complex punching die, cold extrusion die, thread rolling wheel, cold shear knife and precision measuring tools.
Other steel grade: Cr12，Cr12W，Cr12MoV,Cr5Mo1V(A2)
Hot working die steel:GB:4Cr5MoSiV1（USA Standard: H13，Din Standard:1.2344, Japan Standard: SKD61）
Features: High thermal strength and hardness, good toughness at medium temperature, thermal fatigue performance and certain wear resistance, low temperature air quenching deformation is small, small probability of oxide skin, can resist the erosion of molten aluminum.
Application: Widely used in manufacturing hot extrusion die, mandrel, hammer die of forging hammer, forging press die, precision forging die.
